AC FILM FESTIVAL HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR 2015

They say some ideas are just ahead of their time”….We must have been a little early with this one for the masses. We know our community rides, we know you have a love affair with bikes and technology, and if you are anything like us you love telling bike stories! This year we did not receive enough entries to bring the standard of excellence we know you expect of an AC event to fruition. Let us look forward to next season, with a year to shoot, edit, soundtrack and generally kill production on your video we know it will be awesome! If you already have your video submitted, thank you! We intend to do teasers with your clips to stoke the fire for next years event!!! Look for them on our Facebook and web pages in the future!

Ascent Cycling Film Festival Registration…LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT YEAR!

Ascent Cycling​ is looking forward to another exciting season of riding and we can’t wait to see all the great films you will create. This year we have an open registration for all feature film riders. Below are our entry rules! Get out your GoPro’s, Cell Phones or other recording devises and Start Riding!

• Films no longer than 5 minutes
• Fully edited
• Categories: 5 films per category will be accepted
 – Friends and Family Rides
       – Race / Documentary Season Footage
       – Foreign Film: Out of State Riding
       – Cinematography: Best Riding Footage and
          Scenery
– Comedy 

The Films will be viewed to the public at a BIG MOVIE Viewing party at Ascent Cycling on September 19, 2015. There will be food, fun, voting and prizes!
