Store Policies: June 1, 2016

 

Returns:

Unused, new items with manufacturer packaging, can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, with a receipt and will receive a full refund in the tender type of purchase.

All returns outside of the 7 days are handled case by case. Things we will take into consideration for a return outside this 7 day period may be but not limited to:

Date of purchase, , Condition of product, Vendor and Distributor return policies, etc…

Returns without receipt, new and unused will receive a full refund as a  store credit and may incur a 20% restocking fee.

The return policy may be amended by shop management or ownership at their discretion.

 

Layaways:

20% Down, 60 Day pay off

Any extension is handled the by discretion of management or ownership.

All Layaway returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Sale/Closeout Items:

Purchases on sale/closeout  items are FINAL!

 

Labor Returns:

No returns on Labor. It  is our goal to  have happy customers and as such we will go to great lengths to resolve any problems involving labor.

 

Shipping:

Any items bought via storefront can be shipped to a desired location. Purchases over our SmartEtailing site can not be shipped unless stated by the manufacturer.

Returns of SmartEtailing products are held to the same policy as in-store purchases, please refer to the above stated policy.
