Ascent Cycling is the Pikes Peak region’s leader in cycling, emphasizing mountain bike sales and service. We are looking to add to our outstanding team in order to grow programs and sales in our business. Individuals are expected to work in a fast paced, customer service environment. Dynamic problem solving, multifaceted task performance, and best in class customer service skills are required. Prospective team members minimum requirements include: bicycle mechanical training, sales floor experience, excellent interpersonal skills, computer experience, and phone skills. Professional certificates demonstrating training and core competencies are strongly encouraged. Training will be available to new hires to establish specific Ascent Cycling policies and procedures that are expected of our team members. The position being hired for is a full time position, approximately 30-40 hours per week, as well as a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week. We are a six day a week business closed Sunday’s.
