Store Policies: March 2019

Returns:

  • Unused, new items with manufacturer packaging can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, with a receipt and will receive a full refund in the tender type of purchase.
  • All returns outside of the 7 days are handled case by case. Things we will take into consideration for a return outside this 7 day period may be but not limited to:
  • Date of purchase, Condition of product, Vendor and Distributor return policies, etc…
  • Returns without a receipt, new and unused will receive a refund as store credit, and may incur a 20% restocking fee.

The return policy may be amended by shop management or ownership at their discretion.

Special Orders:

All Special Orders are paid in full at time of order and are non-refundable.

Layaways:

At this time Ascent Cycling does not offer a Layaway program. We do offer financing programs.

Sale/Closeout:

Purchases on sale/closeout items are FINAL!

Labor Return:

No returns on Labor. Our goal is to have happy customers, and as such we will go to great lengths to resolve any problems involving labor.

Shipping:

Items bought via storefront can be shipped to the desired location. We can ship orders via phone on a case by case basis. Boxing and shipping fees will be added to all such purchases.

We are taking all the social distancing measures and also offering curbside pickup.
